Burn Fitness Co is about more than just exercise; it’s a way of life. Our motto is “your body is your most priceless possession.” We are all about functionality, strength, and balance in your day to day life. We cheer everyone on to strengthen the mind-body connection. Burn Fitness Co. clients and instructors are encouraged and pushed to set realistic goals and achieve them at their natural stride. Our “Burners” are reminded that their body is the only one like it, and to treat it that way!

Embrace the Shake
Barre is a fusion of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness to bring the body a balance of strength and flexibility. We incorporate small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, large range of motion to elevate the heart rate, and sequencing to keep your upper and lower body moving to make every minute count.
No matter how long one has been coming to Burn Fitness Co Barre classes, classes continue to be challenging and constantly encourage a stronger mind-body connection.

Join us for our HIIT classes and exercise your way to a healthy body + mind. Our HIIT classes are designed to incorporate functional movement that you see in your everyday life. We use techniques to build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced.
